At The Fresh Veg, we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel an order:

• Contact us immediately via email or phone with your order details.
• If the cancellation request is received within 24 hours, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Refund Policy

• If you are dissatisfied with your product or if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product.
• To initiate a refund request, please contact us with the order number and the reason for the refund. You may be asked to provide images of the product or packaging.
• Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to the same payment method used for the original purchase within 3 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that perishable goods such as fresh fruits, vegetables, and other food items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed in the same payment method used for the original purchase.
• Refunds will be credited to your account within 3 business days of approval.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the specified time, please:

• Check your bank account again.
• Contact your payment method provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
